We ask that all cancellations be made 48 prior to your appointment time. Any cancellations made closer than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the service booked.
Just be comfortable! We advise the less jewelry the better as our treatments include Décolleté, neck, arm and hand massage.
You can come with clean or dirty hair. Leave the cleansing up to us!
We do not recommend or offer head spa treatments with hair extensions. We do highly recommend a head spa treatment between extension removal and reapplication! It’s a great way to cleanse your scalp and reset before a new set of extensions are installed.
The frequency depends on your scalp condition. For example, if you have an oily scalp, you might want to get a head spa every two weeks
After a Head Spa you will be hand dried. We typically don’t recommend any heat to the scalp as this can create trauma to your scalp. It’s like getting a facial and going to the beach right after.
Our specialist is experienced with all types of hair from thin & fragile, thick & coarse, wavy, curly, porous, to even bald! However, the hair itself is actually not so much of a concern as we will be primarily focusing on the scalp during the Head Spa. At the end of the day, the Head Spa is a scalp treatment. As long as you have a scalp, we can give you a head spa.
We only ask you to make sure that we have proper access to the scalp. We cannot perform services on customers with extensions, braids, or sew-ins as these obstruct access to the scalp and pores.
